Durable Structure

The 10"x 4.5" Blue Housing Set is perfect for high-flow applications. Constructed from reinforced polypropylene, it ensures strength and resistance to chemicals, making it ideal for well water, commercial, and industrial filtration. The black cap is made of high-flow polypropylene, offering toughness and durability. Made from food-grade materials, all filtered water is guaranteed to be safe and healthy. The cap features 1" inlet/outlet brass ports, allowing for better sealed connections to corresponding pipes.

Point of Use

These housings are designed for various high-flow applications, typically placed in the main water line entering the house. They are commonly used for residential drinking water filtration, well water filtration, food service, and irrigation. Regular use extends the life of washing machines, water heaters, and other household appliances by reducing and removing impurities such as iron, manganese, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, herbicides, pesticides, and other industrial chemicals.

Easy to Operate

To ensure a watertight seal, the housing body includes two rubber O-rings at the top. This design facilitates proper sealing of the cap and body to prevent water leakage when replacing cartridges. The built-in red pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap releases pressure in the housing, making it easier to change filter cartridges. It’s recommended to leave at least 4 inches of free space between the bottom of the system and the floor to allow for easy filter cartridge replacement.
