Silicone Stopper and Sealer for Ultraviolet Water Purifier

The Silicone Stopper and Sealer is designed for the Quartz Sleeve of Ultraviolet Light Water Purifier Whole House or Reverse Osmosis System. It serves as the POINT OF USE to Seal the Quartz Sleeve, which has a diameter of 7/8 of an inch.

This silicone stopper and sealer is MADE FROM food-grade silicone, ensuring its safety and suitability for water purification applications.

The installation of the Silicone Stopper and Sealer is quick and easy, requiring no special skills or tools. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Attach the Silicone Stopper to the open end of the Quartz Sleeve. Step 2: Carefully slide the Quartz Sleeve into the Chamber until it fits (*) into the bottom opening and goes through it. Ensure the bottom end has the same amount of visible glass as the other side of the Chamber. Step 3: Screw the Open Ended Cap onto the open end of the Stainless Steel Chamber to keep the Sleeve in place and prevent it from sliding. Step 4: Attach the Silicone Stopper to the closed end of the Quartz Sleeve, making sure it fits tightly and is not twisted. Step 5: Screw the Close Ended Cap to this side of the Stainless Steel Chamber.

The lamp can be mounted vertically or horizontally. If installed vertically, the incoming water should flow from the bottom of the housing, moving upwards. For the first-time installation of the UV lamp, it is recommended to install the quartz sleeve in the horizontal position for better sealing purposes.
