Constructed with a reinforced blue polypropylene body, it ensures strength and chemical resistance. The included black high-flow polypropylene cap features 1" inlet/outlet brass ports, providing secure connections to your pipes. The big 10” 5 micron pleated washable and reusable filter is ideal for removing most sediments from water effectively.

*POINT OF USE* These housings are suitable for various high-flow applications, including residential drinking water filtration, well water filtration, food service, and irrigation. They help extend the life of washing machines, water heaters, and other household appliances. The pleated filter surface area offers a greater dirt-holding capacity and an extended lifespan. By reducing sediment, scale, rust, dirt, sands, and silt, they ensure fresh and clean water.

*EASY TO OPERATE* A rubber O-ring on the top of the housing body ensures a watertight seal. A pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap releases pressure for easy filter cartridge changes. For optimal performance, our replacement cartridge, Ronaqua 10PL5, is well-matched with models such as Dupont HDC3001, PWPL10BBM1AB, Flow-Max FM-BB-10-1, and many others. With a cartridge lifetime of 20,000 gallons, you can expect to replace it 2-3 times per year, depending on your water quality.
