The 20”x 4.5” Blue Housing Set is designed for high-flow applications. Constructed with reinforced polypropylene, the housing body provides exceptional strength and chemical resistance. The durable, high-flow polypropylene black cap ensures toughness. As a food-grade material, all filtered water is guaranteed safe and healthy. The cap features 1" inlet/outlet brass ports for better sealed connections to the corresponding pipes, making it suitable for well water, commercial, and industrial filtration.

POINT OF USE

Perfect for various high-flow applications, these housings are typically placed in the main water line entering your house. They are ideal for residential drinking water filtration, well water filtration, food service, and irrigation. By reducing and removing iron, manganese, chlorine, hydrogen sulfide, herbicides, pesticides, and other industrial chemicals, these housings extend the life of washing machines, water heaters, and other household appliances. They keep water fresh and clean.

EASY TO OPERATE

To ensure a watertight seal, the housing body features two rubber O-rings. This design allows the cap to be properly sealed to the housing body, preventing water leakage when the cartridge is replaced. The built-in red pressure relief button on the inlet side of the cap safely releases pressure in the housing during filter change. For easy replacement of filter cartridges, leave at least 4 inches of free space between the bottom of the system and the floor.
