The 10" European Design Transparent Standard Housing for Whole House Water Filtration System is ideal for reducing sediment, dirt, rust, and suspended particles in your incoming water. Crafted with reinforced polypropylene for strength and resistance to chemicals, the transparent housing body and the high-flow polypropylene blue cap ensure durability and performance.

The 3/4" inlet/outlet brass ports on the blue cap allow for better sealed connections to the corresponding pipes, while the rubber O-ring on the top of the housing body ensures a watertight seal. A pressure relief valve on the outlet side of the cap releases pressure in the housing, making it easy to change the filter cartridges.

This versatile system can be used in various applications, including residential drinking water filtration, food service, and irrigation, and can be easily connected to a custom whole-house water filtration system to meet your specific needs.

Sediment Filter Cartridges Included: The set includes Melt-blown Four Layers Filtration Polypropylene Sediment Filters (4 pack) that effectively remove physical debris and impurities from your water. These filters have tiny holes that allow water to pass through while trapping unwanted particles, including sand, dirt, silt, rust, and other fine particles.

Sediment filters are often the first stage in a Reverse Osmosis system, acting as a net to catch these pollutants and allowing the subsequent filters, such as Carbon Block or GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) filters, to perform better and last longer.
